Nick Skolka is a rich, arrogant and confident man, who is the owner and CEO of Omni Tech. Nick comes into contact with Grace and Frankie when they discover that Omni Tech has copied their design and IP for the Vybrant menage-a-moi. When Grace and Frankie come to the firm to confront Nick, he is impressed with and attracted to Grace's spirit and eventually convinces her to give him a chance and go on a date with him — after he ceases and desists on Menage-A-Moi, of course.
